We waved goodbye to our parents and friends as we set of from Woodford to Windsor. The M25 was its usual challenge, suddenly almost a standstill for no apparent reason and then back up to 70 again. The excitement was building and we heard 'are we nearly there yet?' several times.

| Our tents pitched |
We made good time and arrived just after 11am. A smooth check in process and then we we were in. A few grumbles about carrying their own personal kit could be heard as we walked from the coach to our allotted pitch on Milkyway in Space Subcamp.
Tents up and lots of hard work followed - the girls were amazing and very soon our bit of grass became our home for the next week.
